I have no fucking clue what it is, and everytime someone asks him what it is, he claims he doesn't know. Which is bullshit. Im sure he knew where he got the pic. Personally I think he got it from some sick hardcore porno site, and that isn't milk thier pouring on her head I bet. And what the fuck is that doll thing!?

Does anyone have any clue where this is from?

I've copied the image and am passing it around other forums that I frequent. I'll let you know if I find anything - one of the sites I go to is wierd as fuck and is full of all sorts of sick or fucked-up things. I guarantee they know what it is, or it doesn't exist.
