If thats the case I am willing to bet the first 50 where friends/ family of the PS DEV team. It seems strange that with all the forums and what not no one says " hey yeah I got an e-mail".

Well that is one dumb comment... didn't you stop and think that maybe they are not allowed to say if they are in? they have to sign a contract and all. And maybe they just don't want people like you bitchin' and asking questions.

You are not special, your smart ass comments won't get you nearer to a 'beta'. And you probably only want it to be 'special' and see if you like the game before everyone else, especially since its kinda hard to pirate those games.

how do i know this? because i'm a game tester by profession. Been so for 5 years... If you think beta signups are for gaming, you are wrong. And i've seen a shitload of people get fired at my job because they couldn't 'Test' and were just playing. Same goes for Online RPGs and shit.

Now if you dont have anything interesting to say on this comunity, pack your bags and leave.

"Hey, I am a beta tester"


There were like 12,000 possible apps, 50 out of that is almost nothing. The chances of every single one of them being in the community are slim

But I already knew I wasn't getting into beta. Why? Because I had incorrectly filled out my beta form. Inaccurate information about your graphics card will do that to you. Go figure.
