Hey folks, got a question for you...
I recently bought an album on itunes that has 23 songs. I want to burn it to a CD to play in my truck and other places, but iTunes says that it won't fit on just one CD and needs two (I don't understand why... it's only 132.3MB, 2.3 hours of music, 23 songs). So, I went to change the settings from burning an audio CD to burning an MP3 CD (because the player in my truck can play mp3 cds, and they can hold more), but then iTunes says it cannot burn an mp3 cd because I bought these songs from the itunes store. Any suggestions?

Well, iTunes burns standard CDs using .cda so that'll be why you can't fit the album onto one CD (think minutes, not file size).
However you could always burn the album onto two CD-RWs, re-import them as .mp3 files from CD and then burn them onto another CD in mp3 format. But that may very well be against the terms of use. |

myTunes will strip the DRM off of the I-tunes store bough music, give it a google.
You'll have to re-tag everything, and it could take a while, but you won't have to deal with apple's Fairplay ever again

Yeah I tried myTunes, but due to a problem (in a nutshell, something is wrong with my laptop sound card, causing songs to "skip", which means I can't convert the mp3s because they "skip" too), myTunes isn't an option right now.
