Dev Interview Pt. 3

Due to the recent outcry and concern reguarding certs, I am releasing the cert list, It does not list the prereq's because well, it will be changed.

Can you give us a small overview of the types of certifications we will be seeing in game? Will they be arranged in a skill tree or will we be able to select any cert at any time?
