SOE has lifted the cover off the new Continental Domination system involving capitols, sub-capitols, force domes and more. The details of the system can be found here. SOE has also put up a special page with a quicktime movie and some screen shots of the force domes in action on various bases and under the control of various empires. You can see all that here.
