End of the Road ??

UPDATE: IRC server shutdown at 9AM EST on July 28, 2005. Visit the kling-ons at irc.gamesurge.net, #psu-vault</P> PlanetSide Universe will be closing on August 1, 2005, after several years of being the number 1 fansite in the PlanetSide community. I currently do not have the time or funds to continue the operation of the site. We have had a great run these past few years, from Developer Chats to last years Mobilization. I have had the privilege of operating alongside some amazing members of the community, and the gaming industry as a whole. I have met some amazing people, some whom I have established friendships with. I have this site to thank also for my wife aka Jennyboo whom I got to know better through our IRC and forums.

So at long last, it comes to an end, I want to thank the community and everyone I have met and who has helped me out on this long road. My staff, who is a great bunch of folks who have been with me through thick and thin. And of course, Sony, for helping us to become what we did.

IRC will be coming down sometime during this week, and PSU itself will come down sometime around August 1.
