Is anyone able to log in to Planetside?

I get the following error when I try:

Unable to fetch the EULA before trying to install Planetside. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.

I was taking a look at their Twitter which said Planetside was back up but the forums and sites were down.

The Playstation network is also down. Don't know if they are experiencing the same down time. But they said it could be 1 to 2 days.
