Secondly, I'm not against the idea of ziplines or grappling hooks but they seem like too much work to implement. With flight mechanics and jetpacks already in the game glide suits shouldn't be too hard to implement.

This was my thought too. Grappling hooks and all that is cool, but an entirely different system that could have some other issues involved with creating it. A "soft landing" or "Glide Suit" to help with sheer mobility for an infiltrator, assumedly not a sniper, seems logical to me. It also seems that it should not be unbalance because there are other vertical style decisions for another class, terrain design, air craft, ect and this is merely a "descent modifier" Unless they really make it like a "Glider Suit" which is... not quite what i'm suggesting.
Any how, just saying i think Infiltrators need to be able to get to places, and being invisible doesn't do that itself. It may help them eventually get there, but at least one class is able to out manuver everyone, so infiltrator style cloakers should be able to out manuver most as it is literally their defining job: Getting in to and out of places.
