Heat maps. Areas of engagement. Info such as the "Where do I die the most? Who am I fighting the most?" sort of things.

I've got the registration and login system in place on my test site, just working on some sort of user profile page so that there's a reason to register and login :-)

It's tricky at the moment since I don't know at all how SOE will present access to stats - will they all be public linked with an account ID? Will they be protected with individual keys etc? Should I allow people to set up their characters ready for the game (and potentially take invalid names) or will SOE data allow people to claim their toons with a key.

I'm thinking it through at the moment but f anyone gets any info, post it up please :-)

I just set up a facebook page for the site... and ran into a dilemma!

I can only put up one cover photo, we can't trust the factions to share one, and this new FB page needs some "like" action to get it going.

So do your bit for YOUR empire by visiting the page and casting your vote. In a few days (probably the weekend), the empire with the most votes gets to own the cover photo for the forseeable future.

Just an idea, but I would go for all 3 in 1 image!

Damn, i'd love to see this take off.
So far the ideas about adding personal stats and outfit stats seem the best, a page for your outfit with the big description, logo, twitter yadda yadda. along with maybe some interesting data at the bottom
"Outfit most killed by, outfit members killed by this outfit"
A kind of rough nemesis system, Could also be useful for comparing your rank on average member kills, average tank kill's, support points etc.

Essentially a page that Outfit leaders can link to and bring awareness of what their outfit offers statistically.

If PSUWiki handles most of the static info, would you be trying to incorporate dynamic info?
Percentage of the world owned by who on say the front page as well as Top killer for the VS, TR, NC.
whilst next to vehicle info boxe's you could add various stats like
Number of Vanguard tanks destroyed
Number of prowlers destroyed with a Reaver
Number of roadkill's with the magrider
etc.

you could easily go overkill on the data being fed across, however whether or not its useful or just insanely nifty is another matter.

I'm all about not re-inventing wheels, PSU has been here a long time and does a great job - so there'll be no forum, and very limited static stuff - just some filler....

The site is all about the dynamic data and maybe some user interaction, so the hope is that there'll be enough of it to do interesting things that SoE won't have done on their own site.
