I was just thinking back to totalbiscuits fantastic vid from the other week and I was pondering the role of C4.
And then it struck me. 'Who would put lights on their C4?' I would say that increasing the visibility of my placed explosives is just generally a bad idea. I know it's SciFi and it may be pretty but can we attempt to be a tad pragmatic? I'll be ok with it if it doesn't change I just thought it was a worthy observation. |

It was a marker beacon, same thing was on every friendly player inside a vehicle, any spotted enemy and every friendly trooper in sight. Just a visual means to tell where the important items are on a busy screen. (and if there were actual lights then its for the purpose of giving the other players a chance to avoid the instant death).
