The only extent I would support this is being able to track how many times you killed that player. Any tools that would help you track them down would be blatantly exploitable.
But if you want to add their name to a list that lets you track how many times you have killed them, sure, why not? Could be fun to track how many times you've killed some top player, or how many times you've killed one of your friends who happens to play on another empire. Doesn't seem like that interesting of an idea to me though. |

I dont think there should be a cross faction ability to see where someone is or even search for their name. For your own faction, sure, helps friends group together. I have no problem with that at all. But for enemies it takes away from any role in scouts and yes will be used for griefing.
