Looking for an NC Outfit NA

Looking for an NC Outfit primarily East or Central (may go west if the outfit looks good).
Would like an outfit that doesn't force all members to have a microphone (most times I played ps1 it wasn't really needed because the leaders never shut up anyway :]).
I plan to go Vanguard driver, ground support, and engineer or medic.

One last thing. I would really like an outfit that doesn't have a stupid name D: ... No offense but some of the outfits in the list here sound like they were created by 13year old military role players or the name just doesn't seem to fit to the game to me.
Sorry outfit and guild names are really important to me and I want something that sounds strong.
Friendly players that can take a joke and aren't all serious. So Casual-semi hardcore is what I am aiming for.

Well, we're in the Semi-Casual/Hardcore areas. (yes, it's possible to be both.) With all our returning vets I'd say we're breaking the barrier of being a small outfit and crossing into the mid size.

But i guess PG as the name goes is entirely how you look at it.

Might I suggest checking out Outfit X. We have been around since 2003 and we are currently looking for all classes. We are a fairly laid back Outfit so we will not hold you to a overly strict schedule as we realize people have lives outside of the game.

Wassup Hail. That you yeah? Similar name and mentioned similar requirements so I'm gonna assume so.

Ya know Jet Bastards are still happy for you n your mates to join if your interested. Even though we Air Cavalry we got roles for any type of Player as there was even Vehicle Airlift Jets on PS1 and we're gonna have a wide variety of deployment types so I'm sure you'd fit right in regardless of your specialty. And if your still worried about some of your mates getting picked on you shouldn't be, any trouble makers gotta go 3 rounds or less with me depending on how bad they mess up. And if your not interested in cycling srvr's apparently there won't be oceanic srvr's so we'll probably be playing on US WC. Holla at me mate. PEACE.
