Looking for friendly outfit (Euro)

Hi all,
My name is Manu, and I'm coming from Spain. I´m new around here and in this game but I saw a lot of cool things and I want to play it.
I'm a 26 years old employee and I am looking for a friendly outift.

I like infantry combat but I can learn how to use terrain vehicles. (I really hate planes and helicopters)

I´ve played a lot of games but mostly FPS and MMO games.

Some FPS:
- Competitive Counter-Strike since 1.1 / Counter-Strike:Source
- Competitive Unreal Tournament and UT2004 instagib in CTF/TDM/DOM.
- Fun Battlefield 2 / Battlefield 3.
- Fun BF2 mod called Project Reality.
- Fun Call of Duty games since CoD 2.
- Some free FPS like Americas Army or Crossfire in competitive action.

Some MMO games:

- The Matrix Online around 1 year + beta test in a spanish guild.
- Fun EVE Online some months
- Pristontale / Pristontale 2
- Final Fantasy XI some months
- Fun World of Warcraft in a spanish server (not monthly payment)
- Earthrise since beta. Founded my own guild with some friends.

Mostly I'm looking for a outfit with some competitive goals, but friendly and with cool people. I cant stay all nights because I have to work in days and nights but I am very active in my free time.
