Yeah, this seems like a real bad bug thus far. I've seen more MAX units glitched out than normal in gameplay. Hope they can get it under control!

Also, I agree, this doesn't look official, wonder if its NDA or just media allowance.

Omg the vanu MAX at around 2:46 was doing the cool face position and shooting flames from his feet.
I kinda hope it stays like this in the final build because it looked sooooooooooo hilarious

I can't remember which article had this in it but one of the developers said the bug that caused the MAX to not have animations was only in the build that was being shown there and it was already fixed in the next build.
