The real question for this thread is: Which disappointment do you prefer? [ ]A. The beta's start is getting pushed back. [ ]B. The beta has started, but you weren't invited in the first wave. If B then: [ ]C. But only if the wave invites are a week(s) apart. |

Remember this is an estimate, not a promise. This date is likely to move a bit.
But chances for sometime next week or weekend sound pretty good. Wish they would let us download the client ahead of time so we can jump right in when we get the email... |

I've not heard Smed talk in absolute dates except for when he was asked if beta would start before August and the answer was YES. And the other one here which is if beta would start on Monday or Tuesday of next week (the last two days of July) and the answer was YES. Even though, the latest Mon/Tue comment wasn't exactly an absolute since the tweet has 'probably' in it. :P
