SOE Password Reset

Looking forward to PS2 so wanted to check out my previous account, except non of my passwords work so tried resetting it.

I get the email to do it, but then when I click the link it sends me to a page which apologises because of an error, eventually it locked me out of trying to reset it so I had to come back 24 hours later to try again. I did that today and I still get the same error, anyone know what I can do, none of the support I found in it's help section mentions this, it just tells you the standard way to do it but that's obviously not working.
