PS1 : Bolt Sniper Rifle - Can you get rid of the "deadzone" while zoomed in?

every few seconds? you can leave it set the whole time. Most decent mice let you set a profile thats either auto or at most 1 button press. You'd have to be pretty lazy to let that stop you playing how you want.
