Looking for a Hardcore, highly focused and skilled Outfit [EU/Any Empire]

As the title suggests, i'm not looking for a casual Outfit. Nothing wrong with that at all, but its just not what i'm looking for.

Empire doesn't matter to me. I'm more interested in the people i play with, than the flag i follow.

I'd like to be involved in some serious teamplay, with skilled people.

I have a long history in competitive FPS gaming, spanning many games.

I'm also a PS1 vet, and have played in several outfits over the years on both Werner and Gemini.

TBH I never really understood the casual and hardcore terms for PS2, seems more of a RPG. I guess casual is just a group to play with and not do major ops. Hardcore is closed coms, always organized platoon, and so on?
