Weapon lock

ok so i have look around google for the answer i was looking for but couldn't find it anywhere so... today i got weapon lock for the first time , it was just me and some team mates messing around and i ended up getting my weapons locked .

so for the question : once i get weapon lock for the first time does it get easier and easier to get my weapons locked? perhaps i had to kill lets say 10 team mates to get my first weapon lock , will i only need to kill 5 to get weapon lock again?

It's similar to the PS1 grief system, but it doesn't explain it to you well or show you much info. You get grief "points" for the damage done to friendlies. Once it is over some cap, you will be weapons locked. The points go down slowly over time, and once you are below that threshold again, your weapons will be activated again. Doing any more damage will likely make you weapons locked again, since you are so close to the threshold. So yes, it's much easier to get weapons lock again once you've already had it.

It can take only 1 friendly kill after a weapons lock to be locked again.
