Beta Key Unavailable

Hi everyone! Today I've got an e-mail saying about my beta key, that I can download the launcher BUT everytime I hit the "Download Now" button, it redirects me to the homepage. The e-mail doesn't say about a redeem code.
I need your help because, I don't know what is happening or how to solve this problem.
