Its the Nano-Dispenser. In its description, it is described to be held like an assault rifle, expaining why its in the rifle slot. It also says that it is fed by armor canister, thus expaining the tank on the back.

Wow, I'm going to use this weapon called the "frame raper". It brings everyone's frame rate to 1 or 2 at max and crashes anyone not using a Radeon 9700 Pro or higher

Deadlock you'd be refering to the Decimator, i highly doubt the decimator's blast radius would be that large but of course i may be wrong.

To answer another question yes there was a flamethrower but like Sputty said it was in fact "the frame raper". Thus. its eventual demise.

probably doenst care cause it aint shootin at him... but i noticed that in a couple of other pics too. the nc's and tr's seemed to be fighting together against (its safe to assume i think) the vs.

the only reason i could think of is these were takin around the time when the vs locked down a continent and the other two factions are more interested in unlocking them rather than shootin each other. (dont start postin any of this "my duracel powered race is the best so both of the other teams had to gang up on us" crap)
