The patch won't hit for two more weeks, but I'll be damned if I ain't had more fun lately. The last week or more I've had good game play.

I agree, my outfit and I have been having a blast and NC on Connery seem more lively. We still fly air but we actually have to be cautious now. And if we're not running air we're usually in a massive ground battle.

I'm really excited to see where Planetside 2 goes this year. SOE did an amazing job delivering such an ambitious game. When I see Planetside advertisements, or a video clip on youtube, I get all gitty like I used to with games (before I thought I outgrew them).

Gotta say thank you for making this post. I was going to this morning then work got in the way. The last couple nights were some of the best fights I have had yet in PS2.....even though for some reason it seemed I had some sort of HUGE target on me Saturday night LOL, I could not move without being shot dead or shot at... I spawned away from the action once to take a breath and some random guy in a tank asked me to get in and gun for him......I was maybe in the tank for 5 seconds and a couple of Mosquito's ended us in some remote valley. I should have never got in his tank lol.

As long as people are having fun (albeit while still recognising the issues), does it really matter?

No, not really. Things look bright and shiny because we aren't being spawn camped by liberator / ESF zergs. We can actually do something else for once, like actually have a real battle. I was FINALLY able to field a Skyguard and be meaningful by clearing the skies/scaring off enemy liberators....We, for once, gate camped the VS and TR on Indar.

Things are not perfect, but the air change switched up a lot of things in game. If anything, the game is where it should have been.

Haha....no..the expirience was better point blank. I think allot of people who have been negative need to get their heads cleared a bit though instead of waiting for the perfect picture PS2 they want to play which they each individually have painted in their heads. Not saying PS2 is perfect but allot of babies are being thrown out with bathwater.

Had a few really good infantry fights the past few days. A couple were at Amp Stations which were awesome, but strangely enough had a really fun one at Coramed Labs the otherday. Of all the random places to have one it turned out to be a really good long fight. Also had quite a few fun fights at Hvar, it seems they are occuring almost daily.

Now, to somehow get more people on Amerish...
