Sunderer hologram bug changed after 13/02 patch

I was about to post a bug on the sunderer hologram, when I logged in and got a new patch.

The hologram bug changed. Basically, it disappears, but is visible outside the vehicle. It does not always happen.

Before the patch, light was visible where the hologram should be.

Players inside the vehicle can see it. The strange thing is I can see the hologram on the backside of the vehicle when outside of the vehicle.

The ammo distribution or nano repair still works.

I've had this bug for quite some time.
