Ok, so I am having trouble parsing the last login time as a human readable.

I thought it might be based on PS2 epoch, but... well what is it.

I am getting values like 1361525628 for today.

Nevermind, I am dumb. It is standard Unix Epoch. I should have realized that number.

Yep all the times in the API are UNIX time
