Show chat in Platoon Menu

When you are leading a Platoon you should be able to see who is talking to you while you are in the Platoon organisation menu.

Quite often people are asking for changes or assistance and with my head in the map and platoon menu I miss who they are. I have asked others about this and so far we all agree you need to see who's talking.
