Gameplay: Cupola Sponson Capability for Sunderers

As people are aware, the Sunderer allows for users of a MAX Suit the ability to operate the onboard weaponry rather than simply being seated in the vehicle; however, with deferrence to the Burster, Pounder, and the new rocket-propelled artillery MAXes (in the TR's case, the Fracture), most weapons that can be mounted on the Sunderer don't provide it adequate firepower against light vehicles or even heavy infantry, making them merely a deterrent.

This idea calls forth the ability to purchase Cupola Sponsons for the Sunderer's hardpoints, thus allowing MAX Suits to take the place of common-pool weapons whilst in transit.
