Systems: Cards, Gifting people Station Cash?

This is more related to how SOE operates than strictly PlanetSide 2. As people may know the company employs a "Station Cash Card" in the 'States for people who don't want to purchase Station Cash online from the website. This is a service that has been used for their games for many years... if, however, you happen to live anywhere else; most especially Europe, these cards don't exist, and I don't believe that cards sent from the USA can be used by players in other countries.

Doesn't SOE think it's time to implement these cards for other regions? Alternatively, it would be great if players could gift other people with Station Cash, since it's used universally across their games.

I'm suggesting it because I'm pretty sure plenty of people would prefer a gift of Station Cash rather than a $20 book token. Why should only the USA have a monopoly on pre-paid cards and everybody else is hung out to dry?
