17:00 GMT is bit too early during mid summer imo. 20:00 GMT seems like a better time for this

20:00 GMT is 23:00 in Finland, 22:00 in Spain, France, Germany etc. A little outside of Prime Time.

BST is GMT+1 if memory serves me right
It's a common mistake that GMT = british time

Even more reason to use UTC instead of GMT
It makes everybody google their own time.
