PS2:V2 "Trees"

Anyone understand how these work?

I get the concept and understand the examples they gave, but when I try to apply it to things, such as "Weapon_Stat" items on a character data page, it doesn't work.

I just want to consolidate the data into 1 entry per weapon & vehicle ID to reduce the amount of processing my database has to do to import the data.
