I find my Character, but...

I can locate my character in the search but when I click in my name it thinks for a minute then says Webpage is Unavailable. Is my character not able to be claimed? I'm stuck at this point and have been for a few hours now. Is the servers down or something? Any info on this would be awesome.

I have noticed that happen with characters of mine too. I think it is because the character database takes a little bit of time to retrieve real time data so it gives that error message for brand new characters.
