Tank Mines don't detonate eachother?

Place three tank mines under a Sundy, shoot them and 1 detonates but not the other 2?

Tank mines can't detonate eachother so you have to individually detonate each tank mine for the full effect? Bug or working as intended?

You'd hope its a bug, does it apply to claymores, betties and proxies too?

Otherwise you can lob 3 mines together on a point knowing the first one won't set off the other two 0_o

AI mines don't detonate AV mines either
VS left us a bundle in one of the towers- 3 AV mines surrounding 2 AI mines. hardly killed anyone.

it's borked as hell.
