I heard new ground vehicles and a new aircraft are in the works! :O!!!!

New ground vehicles are likely the empire specific humvees. Not sure what the air vehicle is, although I'm willing to bet it'd be a Lodestar or Phantasm-like concoction.

I am a million times more interested in the idea of a new aircraft, than I am the APCs at this point.

APCs on ground, unless they get some kind of special utility, are just going to be somewhere between a Sundy and a Harasser... which is Meh to me. I already have vehicles that will be faster, or carry more people, so unless it introduces a whole new class of weapons or something, that can be used to fill a gap between Secondaries and Tank primaries, and are like artillery or crowd dispersal... or just something New... Basically I imagine something that is viper levels of usefulness and power, but ES. Still tbh: I'm just going to pretty much apathetic when it comes to the APC.

The Colossus is one I am looking forward to More, as the idea of a tank with a TON of health really is something that could be good. Juggernauts rolling around the battlefield that take a lot of work to take down... People are going to Bitch, but the thing here is that I tend to think having bigger things like that will be nice... it takes more people to operate, it takes more to take it down... and that is what this game should be more about: Working together to take out something bigger than yourself.

Now, a new Aircraft? That... That has me VERY interested. Air is one of those things that, by it's nature seems to encourage niche weapons. The ESF is a glass cannon. The Lib is a flying tank. The Galaxy is a freaking flying Fortress. Each have their own feel and flying style... You can't really get Overlap here. But what will they be adding? It could be the phantasm, it could be something heavier than the galaxy that can carry vehicles, it could be a non-vtol air superiority fighter...

I've always hoped that we could get something like space based corvette ship that was about x2 galaxies in size, with heavier arms onboard, or maybe a slew of turrets, so that libs and an enhanced heavy gal could be used to hunt, but that if in the air could lay down fire on bases from above (Think titans from BF2142)... And to take them out you had to blow like, shield gens. There is so much untapped potential in the air, I am now Really looking forward to next month.

Seeing as we have seen teased base-models for the ES Buggies, NS Colossus MBT, and a Deliverer APC, I think it's a safe assumption the ground vehicles will be any of them.

As for Aircraft there's been a lot of talk in the community for a fast moving gunship with rumble seats for players to go Saigon out the sides with, maybe SOE has listened to this?

Maybe it's some attempt at the Bastion Command Carrier that was teased oh so long ago? They have had a year to play around with ideas for it... There was also that fan-made video in Command Center about a fan producing a working Bastion base model...

Could even be a 2 player ESF, I know I've seen a few discussions on such a vehicle, SOE might of listened to such a request...

Personally though... I want it to be the Loadstar! So fraking tired of abandoning my tank for the sake of redeploying across the continent with the rest of the platoon...
