Remove alerts during prime time

They do more harm than good. They carry the potential to destroy whatever fights are occurring and my guess is that I'm not the only one who logs off whenever a global biolab alert pops.
Seriously, fuck these things.
P.S. At the very least, can you let us know if there's an alert going on at the login screen? I've created characters on three different servers and the only one to NOT have an active alert is god damn Briggs.
