[Connery NC] looking for a good outfit

Hello, I am currently a TR player as primary, though i just love the NC's arsenal of weapons, and i have tried to switch on over, but i havent been able to find a good outfit, so basically what i am saying, is i am a skilled player with a low BR, looking for a active outfit, that uses tactics over zerg... oh and also i have done a bit of leading, so if your outfit could use some more leaders, i am here... though not much is certed yet
