All of a sudden FPS drop CPU bottlenecked at 30 FPS. See inside for details.

So, i am going to jump right in on what the hell is going on.

First, i log in and in the warp gate, i am getting 30-35fps whilst cpu locked, when normally i would get 100-110 fps cpu locked. I have no idea what is going on.

I have tried, re-installing the entire game. And i have tried to unpark my CPU. Did not help at all.

Intel I7 4800mq
Nvidia 870M
16G of Ram

You solve this issue? If your performance was anything like you said it was sounds like either the GPU or CPU is throttling its speed down to coupe with high temps. I'd start there anyway myself.
