Speaking that the PS1 forums are down, we need to provide a new download link

As many of you know, SOE (they're still SOE to me, not Daybreak) took down the PS1 forums and as such took away one of the easier ways to get the game setup. I think that we should provide a link on these forums so that returning people and newbs alike can download the game if they so choose (speaking that these basically are the PS1 forums now). I happen to still have the setup on my laptop. All I would need to know if it's okay to upload somewhere and a reliable place to upload it to. We can also provide the link to SOE's installer if you'd like as well. Feel free to respond below.
