Daybreak are even worse aren't they lol!
To be honest do you remember what email you signed up with? Like a proper old when when you were a kid if thats the case? Should just do a forgot password through the normal daybreak website and check inbox. Tbh its not a big deal to have all your characters back, as long as you have the freedom to play, make a new account and get rolling.
