Your PCIe bus is running at 1x instead of 16x. You are limiting your card to a max of 500MB/S bandwidth when you could be running at 8GB/S.Make sure that the card is in the first full sized slot and that nothing is installed in the 2nd full slot. You might have to check your BIOS settings to disable some of the other slots to be able to get a full 16x. That 970 should laugh at anything you throw at it on Ultra. See you on the planetside.
