Can't create a PTS char.

I've got a really annoying problem: I downloaded the PTS client some days ago and tried to create a new char. I've completed the (really annoying) tutorial until the warp terminal at the end of it.
But every time I want to activate it first nothing happens and some seconds later the"disconnected from the server" box appears.
I've done this tutorial again and again but everytime the server kicks me. Rapid assistance would be nice, actually I want to participate in the play test tonight. Hope there are some answer for me.
