VS confirmed for awesome.

It sounds more like dance-techno, not dub-step.

Something more similar the Crystal Method back in the day, combined with some dance beats and electric feels. Pretty much anything you would hear playing in the background at a laser tag facility. It sounds a bit like the EVE as well.

Believe me, I absolutely hate dub-step and I would know immediately.

It will be more than an upgrade as the genre is changed to... rock-blues? I think that the guitar will do a good job at carrying the distinct PS1 part in it, though.

The VS has techno dance music
The TR has big sweeping orchestral music

...and the NC has hillbilly hard rock muzak.

NC really get the short end of the stick on this one.

I'm late to the party here clearly, but even in a state where it is going to be re-done I think the music so far is beautiful.

I actually really enjoy the travel music, particularly the VS. I really hope SOE releases these officially (possibly with some "extended" so I can listen for longer instead of having to loop? :P) as I genuinely would want to purchase this.

VS sounds very Metroid-like to me, perhaps even a bit of Armored Core in there. I like it.

I think I'd much rather have Glitch Mob music as the NC music. Synth guitar sucks. Once the real guitar for NC is shown I might change my mind, as long as it sounds epic and non-hillbilly. PLEASE!!!!
