Seriously though. The constant conspiracy theories are getting old. Game is broken.

They have a full team of monkeys taking up server addresses, who have no idea what they're even playing so they probably won't complain its broken, while they get the whole mess ready for the real players.

We're all sorry you couldn't be part of Team Monkey.

So yeah, Red 5 is doing the right thing, just as SOE is.

I meant to say what they are doing in beta, not before. The amount of class depth is insane. PS2 class depth is shallow and terrible. I hope they make each class more unique as beta progresses.

Yea? That would work out for you much better. The stinkfest on an official forum would be 100,000,000,000 times worse than it is here on an established fansite.

dont you think an OFFICIAL FORUM would not be better for a companys game than a twitter and facebook only varation or a fansite? .. i think it would be. regardless of how good the quality of the moderation is.. its just about showing presence in the public, no?

beware i dont want to downtalk PSU.. i just could not imagin a World of warcraft addon, or Gw2 release without an official forum? know what i mean?

I know my time will come but I think because I had issues getting the free 30days my account will suffer the same fate for beta.
I had to contact support to have the free time applied, as did a number of others that posted here.

My observation from here, it seems the more you post or pimp the game the less chance you are getting in soon.
Your hype and passion is needed outside of the game.
Any publicity is good publicity.

I cannot believe the amount of people I work with that are currently playing (allegedly).
None of them have never posted here or any other public forum, never tweeted or facebook spammed friends.
None of them even read forums like this, most dont even know about this site.
They have expressed none of the excitement that we see here.
Yet, they are in the "tech test" and I am not even sure some filled out the survey judging by the surprised look on their faces when getting the invite and thinking beta had begun.
This includes vets(all non subscribers for at least 8years) and those who acquired beta keys, some of which I gave away to BF3 fanboi's. (should have used them myself!)

I agree people are raging a little hard I won't be in the first wave so it doesn't bother me.

Also My new PC is comming in the next 2 weeks so I wouldn't be able to play anyway

No, it's not you that's indicating a sign of anything, it's the people's over all reaction to the delay I was getting at. A lack of an uproar can be a sign of a lack of passion. Are the people whom show up in the cold, their naked bodies painted in the colors of their football team and drinking beer while dancing and screaming being adults? I'd say no, but they're displaying their love for their team and the sport. It's similar with people being upset, only it's negative emotions. It's still showing their passion. For most of them anyway. Especially the veterans that have an idea of what they're getting into.

For what it's worth, if people are bubbling with angst underneath the surface but putting on the calm facade, you're doing a hell of a job maintaining the community, and everyone else is doing a hell of a job supporting it.

EDIT: And for the record, whether or not you have access to the beta's is, I agree, totally irrelevant. I was merely pointing out that to some people, it is. Don't change your ways, but don't think you have to explain yourself either. Most of us get what you're saying.
