You might be able to look up the Tn man open carrying in a state park that got arrested...he was legally carrying open, and even had a CCW, he was detained then let go, and then carried open in Nashville, legally as proscribed by the law, arrested, and then the state revoked his rights to keep arms...because he forced the issue by carrying exactly as the law dictated and this posed a threat...?!?!? |

Civilian sheepdogs can be civilian wolves. We just had one kill 12 up till which he was treated as a sheepdog. |

This rifle does the exact same job, but isn't as "threatening" somehow because it has a wooden stock? Last edited by DREGS; 2012-07-27 at 06:48 PM. |

Wolves = Criminals Sheep = Innocent people Sheepdogs = civilians who act to stop criminals then the end analogy to this would be Man = The Police. -.- |

You don't understand what I'm saying, do you? "Wolves" don't usualy have a tag on them that say "Look here, I'm a wolf", so you as a gun store owner will sell the wolf weapons thinking he's a sheep or sheepdog. And in many states, no questions asked, cause as a wolf, it's your right to "defend yourself and others", just like everyone else. Yay! They're still wolves, just you don't know that yet because they dress up differently. |

(Personally.. I think both of us love to use this next sentence)I don't think you understand either(Right here! ).. it's not about tags or what people look like.. it's that there will be people who do bad things.. there will be people who do nothing and there will be people who come in after it has started to finish it or clean up the mess. "And in many states, no questions asked, cause as a wolf, it's your right to "defend yourself and others", just like everyone else." Not true at all actually. Background checks are performed routinely. However, like the colorado incident has shown to people (as clear as day) you don't know who the wolves are but they can still be anyone. Would it have stopped a psycho killer from killing people if he wanted to? Nope. Last edited by SecSRaven; 2012-07-28 at 10:00 AM. |

I have not found a report yet, but heard on the radio last night, that the notebook sent to the pysch by nutterboy was actually treating nutterboy and they want it suppressed as doctor/client privilage.
I dont know if it would be worth violating someone's privacy to require pysch's to report clients being treated for certain potentially dangerous afflictions to the background checking data base. But it is something I would have to consider. Doing so would lead to people not seeking help they need, even though I dont think pysch can do a whole lot more than turn peeps into zombies. |
