Technical Test "in a few days" - Page 11

Remember I called first wave beta to happen july 7th. I got $10 running on this. pays 30/1. Everyone got to pick up to 3 calendar days. I only bought one day.

Indeed. We have an awesome test zone that is nothing but explosions every 5 meters or so for an entire square kilometer. We call it many things (awesome map is one). It looks quite a bit like the San Diego Bay fireworks display of awesome we had last night (check the news for footage of that one).

Not good odds. The first beta tests will most likely take place during SOE office hours, so they can monitor it, not on a Saturday.

Other than saying "you were there", I can't imagine why anybody would want in the technical test. It really doesn't sound like fun. They probably make you do weird shit. "Reboot the game 50 times and see if it crashes", "Run that direction until the map ends, then come back and do it 50 more times, see if it crashes", "shoot 1 millions bullets at that wall, see if it crashes", "run headfirst into that wall....fall off that cliff...stand on your head...." Really....this test isn't going to be fun, at least I tell myself that so I don't think I am missing anything.

Ohh..and as far as making predictions for when beta starts based upon the 30 days free planetside time, don't be fucking derpy. The 30 days was just a gift from SOE on a community planned, and scheduled, event, and 30 days is considered the standard month...duh. The beta could easily start before 30 days is up.

ha, more like heres 120 prowlers all of you start shooting those other 120 mag riders and see how many explosions happen. You didn't crash? Awesome keep blowing the shit out of everything.

Not that we've heard of. Rumor is, SOE is pulling our leg and it's going to be internal only.

We've been in internal for some time. It doesn't make sense to announce an internal test externally. When the president of SOE says something is going to happen, the odds are really good.

To be fair he also said Beta was going to be in March, 2011.
