To be fair, I think these threads create nothing but unneeded drama. We (the users) have no clue how SOE determines people who get banned and unbanned. We do not have access to the data SOE has outside of what is available on sites like PSU. We also do not have access to the communications these people have received. We do not have access to any of the information anyone claimed. The only thing you have here is people saying I am innocent of "x" and should be unbanned or whatever. Then, because they are known in the PS1/PS2/PSU community, people band together and fight for their cause only knowing what each person has chosen to tell them.
SOE pry will not make public of their methods, list who got banned for "x" nor should they have to. If SOE does, neat. If not, I will not loose sleep over it. The fact of the matter is that it creates way more drama than there needs to be and makes it look like there is a witch hunt going on for SOE. The real thing is that it originated on the PSU forums which carried onto the PS2 forums and now reddit. PSU does not need to be known for this and these threads should be locked or deleted.
