I'm having a hard time getting re-used to Cone of Fire mechanics.

I was aiming down my sniper rifle and I had to quickly shift. I didn't notice the Cone of Fire bloom to ridiculous proportions and take the shot through the scope. Instead of going at my target, the bullet streaks off to the left and instakills a teammate standing 20 feet away from my intended destination.

Yeah.......

I got some hate mail.

Being a PS1 vet doesn't mean you get in the 1st beta stage. People who meet their system preferences will get in 1st.

Really don't think 1,000s of people will buy PS1 just for monday beta. I know i did, but i have some money to waste on.

Smed made a few mentions in his AMAA of people getting in Beta first day based on a few more needed specs, but he didn't sound like it was going to be a huge amount.

I have 20 dollars I meant the Gamefly key, it would be nice to save the 10 but it would also not be all that great if that particular key due to the differences disqualifies me. That 10 extra dollars is beer money! I could be drinking some delicious IPA while playing Ps2 on Monday

I pre-ordered Guild Wars 2 so kind of broke so I would like some cash left.

One of my concerns with this method is that only Gamefly (formerly Direct2drive) has these keys that I can see, this is likely carry over and I don't know if this trial is considered depreciated or not.

I doubt these accounts are being added manually so I rather not find out the hard way that 30 day trials don't get picked up on the pass through.

It's not a big deal but it is a discussion board so what the heck!

I've been working six days a week and I'll know on Monday whether I'll be getting a new townhouse or not. Getting into beta to blow off some steam would sure be nice if things go south. Or even if they don't.
