did it ever occur to you that the reason that they banned you from the game as well as the forums because you would do exactly what you did here in the game.

Bring up all this nonsence in to the game. Or hunt down Serpus in the game and start an arguement there.

Just what we need, people spamming the chat with their personal problems.

1. Dont post in the official forums Stay away
2. If a Dev says Do Not post about this, DONT POST, that is asking for a ban
3. It sounds as if you posted quite a flame over there, if it was phrased anything like these posts make it look like it was, then yes, you were flaming him, and that is against the rules.
4. If you HAD to post about him, post somehting like:

"I belive that "suchandsuch" is violating the terms by spamming the boards, please look into this. This is not meant as a flame, nor as an insualt, I am jsut trying to better the community as a whole. Thank You whatever you decide. - A conserned community member"

5. Yes, post somehting like that, that will prob not get you baned, and that s also not a flame, etc, just a POI (point of intrest).

It's one thing to not like a poster. It's another to read every one of his threads, then compain about them. I've only read one of serpus' threads. The GI Joe one because I used to collect them and the comics. Skake Eyes, BTW. Dude got his tongue blown off in 'Nam, and doesn't complain (or can't). Gotta respect that.

Also, drop the weird CAPS stuff. I know that's like your "MO", but man, it's annoying.

I called customer service yesterday, and left 5 messages
not so much as an email this morning..

I called them today, no answer still

its like, a company with possibly1 million customers DOESNT EVEN have a number to contact anyone at.

i guesss contacting the BBB is the only thing I can do...

its my right as a consumer,
and they are obviously violating my rights as a consumer here.

If I am not reimbursed for the game, I guess I'll keep trying to get a hold of them,

no one answers, they have NO customer support

and cant write emails (I've written dozens)..no replies


now, tommorow, on the 20th, they charge me money..

I cant even access my credit card billing information to cancel the charge,

This MUST be outright theft.
there is no other way of looking at it
they have my credit card information
they have banned me from using the product, or checking and editing my credit card information
they now plan on charging me for the product they are no longer allowing me to use, with the credit card information they are no longer allowing me to access.

this is totally wrong,
for a company worth millions, im appalled.

They are banning you because you refuse to acknowledge a breach of their ToS, you are threatening them (bad move), and because they don't like your attitude.

first, I left a few messages, and emails
no reply
then I finally got a hold of some kinda rep

he finally got the info, and went and talked to his supervisor
his supervisor said he would look into why I CANT PLAY, and call me back,
this is where im at as of now,

the fact he tried nothing more than to annoy me, and incite a fight by coming here,

the fact he would only answer with one sentence "come backs"

all these facts, and he's more mature than I?

makes me wonder how many of the people around here are serpus' "buddies"

cause theres plenty of em back at the other forums
