Honest opinion: Looks great, but too Vanu. Change the background to the Steele color of the Planetside logo.

I'm here for the news. Currently the left side panel links are more prominent than your news. Also if I make the browser window smaller, then the news gets cut off first since its on the right.

No such thing as "too Vanu."

And why would you want different Empire themes? You've already modeled it after the best (VS). Why start slummin' it?

Its harder to see the developer blue text on the new background. It was fine on grey, but on this aquamarine that blue is hard to read.

Maybe change the developer text from blue to Orange or something like that which stands out on this background.

It's nice. I thought I was on another site. Really like it. It's also not as laggy/slow to load for me, which is great.

Yea - we had it so that if the Devs picked an empire their color changed to match. With the new layout though we may have to stick to Orange for all of them.

I will say the face-lift is great! Looks very modern and less cluttered.

There is one beef I have - the roll-over context menus. My mouse sensitivity is usually set pretty high (because of desktop resolution) to I end up 'clipping' the corners of the hit boxes all the time and getting the wrong context menu.

I've never liked them (on any site), and I never will. I want to click and then select an option - but I can't! If my mouse cursor is going from point A to point C, but happens to cross over point B - nothing should happen! Gah! RANT! GRR!

Okay, I'm calm now - need coffee, that'll help.

My only complaint is the slightly darker gray text that is a hyper link. I've checked it on 3 different machines to verify that it's not some odd graphic setting on my current computer. I prefer to see the links clearly for quicker navigation

Yeah this is definitely something I want to fix, it is something that bugged me during dev, I just got lazy for release

All the functions of the vBulletin forums seem to be working fine, and so long as your happy with the cms a good pick for you. Teal matches well with the Planetside 2 web site. TR Red and Black does seem to clash with it, but your NC and VS fans will be happy with it I'm sure. I would have perfered a more neutral color as the base color which would have made all the Empires stand out. When you look at the VS images with it, it makes the forums look VS oriented. While the Blue and Yellow of the NC do contrast better then the VS - Add Blue and yellow together and you get green, and teal derives from that. But no matter how hard you try to change your colors, deep down inside you were the Red and Black of the TR. TR for Life - Strenght through Honor!!
