If they were even going to charge your cedit card, it's insured. Just file a claim with the issuing bank, and card.

It's all moot-point now that you had your acct. reinstated.

What's funny is that you probably lost part of the "included" month, and will bill you from the activation date.

I mentioned this, they wrote back "SInce you 'threatened' illegal action, we cannot help you" this is totally bogus, what a cop out

If in fact you threatened legal action, then it becomes a matter for the lawyers, and the customer service people are absolutely correct that they cannot help you. Lie in the bed that you made.

I wish they had not renewned your subscription. First of all, SOE will not continue to charge a card on an account they have under banned. You are not the first player to be banned from an SOE game, and never before have they done this. Second, here is a post from Spork...

Many questions can be answered by reading the PlanetSide Game Info and FAQ

Only reason you got banned is because you would not let something end. Such as you are doing here. Third, from my understanding (and your own post on the SOE boards), this is not the first game you got banned from. Maybe you should take a look at yourself and see what the issues are that keeps getting you removed from games and forums.
