He says beta while be within the NEXT month. are we all misinformed?

I hope the beta starts tomorrow, I'll get to play it for at least 2 days before vacation.

We dont have any information how exactly things will go, means how many people get in. But regardless, beta starts, its going to happen.

Show me an official statement from an official source at SOE that beta will definitely start tomorrow.

It's nice to see that people have time to waste, posting wild speculation without any proof whatsoever!

"The beta is due within the next month" is the official statement from an official dev at SOE as stated on the Planetside Command Center YouTube channel. We have no reason to think it will be any earlier than this!

Sorry If this point has been made...but the threads getting a bit long so I might have missed it...

...but didn't smedly tweet that tech test was in the next few days and beta would follow assuming no probs found(a couple of days ago) meaning tech test might be on now or tomorrow and the rest of the week. So its unlikely that beta will be before the weekend at the earliest.

So there's a chance I suppose that the first few people might get invited to beta for the weekend or next week...but I think anyone holding their breath is mostly likely just to find themselves going a bit red in the face...

However...ain't the anticipation fun??? I doubt there's ever been so many hanging on for rumours of a haircut....

I'd say J. Smedley is in a capacity to make pretty 'official' statements about these things, and his twitter was going crazy this week with how soon beta would be starting... Tech test over a few days and then people are getting in to the beta.

This Command Center, which was a cool show by the way, was recorded last week and basically released the absolute latest time frame for the beta to start. Since then I think we've had more than enough signals from Smedley and Higby that things are getting under way fairly rapidly.

Its obvious that you completly lack information and got absolutly no clue whats going on right now. There is no point for me or anyone else to give you all the information, especially since we already gave you all nessesary information.

I feel it's more likely to be them telling us the beta date during the stream tomorrow rather than beta actually starting itself.
