I have just seen where we need about 300 members. That is my assumption because to run 80 consistently that is where we need to be.

Seeing as this is the weekend where we've had a record turn out on teamspeak we must be doing something right.

Ok, this was some funny stuff in another thread. The thread has sense been locked and the OP banned but this was from another poster and was not deleted so I guess it is ok to post here. (Mods I only posted this quote here because it was not deleted from the other thread.)
